STEP1: Click “Credit Topups”

STEP2:.nbsp;the amount you need to top up 

           (take 500SGD as an example), 

           click "Submit"

STEP3:  Fill the relevant content;

             After payment, take a screenshot of the successful payment page

             (including payment amount)

STEP4:  Click "transfer offline"

STEP5:  Click "Upload documents"

STEP6:  Fill your ID number, top-up amount, and. top-up date.

             Click"+" upload the transfer documents, click "Submit".

Next, our finance department will conduct a manual review .recharge your money within 24 hours.

TIPS:

Some customers wonder, why do I successfully transfer, my ac.balance doesn't change?

This may be due to the following reasons:

1.Customers transferred the money, but forgot to upload the proof of successful transfer (payment screenshot)

   Please complete STEPS 4, 5, 6, then we can help you topup!

2.Customers uploaded the invalid proof.

   The transfer pictures you upload must have the words as Transferred/Completed/Submitted/Sent.

    .we saw invalid screenshots proof, our financial department will reject your topup application.
