Transport Service Agreement
In the spirit of mutual benefit .nbsp;good faith, in order to promote  common development, friendly cooperation .nbsp;safeguard their   respective rights, the following service agreement shall be       signed before the transportation of goods.

运输服务协议

本着互惠互利、诚信为本的精神，为促进共同发展、 友好合作、维护各自权益，在货物运输前双方默认签订以下服务协议：

1、 Prohibited Items

a. Imitation of famous brand, br.without authorization .other suspected infringing goods;
b. Medical supplies, drugs, fresh, powder, liquid, paste, corrosives drugs;
c. Currency (including bank card, promissory note, bill of exchange, check, bond, stock);
d. Inflammable explosive, arms weapons, accessories, simulation arms accessories;
e. Antique cultural relics, watches, jewelry .precious metals;
f. Gambling equipment, CD-ROM, tape, religious propaganda, obscene, pornographic     books, reactionary books periodicals;
g. Slate stone with thickness of more than 3cm;
h. Other international express prohibited products, products under the control of the       policies of the destination country region.

1、违禁物品

a.仿冒名牌、未经授权的品牌等涉嫌侵权商品；

b.医疗用品、药品、新鲜、粉状、液体、膏状、腐蚀性药品；

c.货币（包括银行卡、本票、汇票、支票、债券、股票）；

d.易燃易爆、武器武器、配件、模拟武器配件；

e.古玩文物、钟表、珠宝、贵金属；

f.赌博器材、光盘、磁带、宗教宣传、淫秽、色情书籍、反动书刊；

g.厚度大于3cm的板岩；

h.其他国际快递违禁物品、目的地国家地区政策管制的物品。

Our staff have the .to check whether the member's goods are prohibited .restricted by the state under the monitor, .confirm the name, category quantity of the goods, .pass the security inspection machine 100% in the warehouse. We have the .  to immediately report to the relevant departments .cooperate with the relevant     departments in handling the dangerous goods once found.

我们的工作人员有权在监控下检查会员的物品是否属于国家禁止和限制物品，并确认物品的名称、类别数量，并100%通过仓库内的安检机检查。一旦发现危险品，我们有权立即向有关部门报告，并配合有关部门处理。

2、 Cross Border Transportation Customs Clearance

Our company shall be responsible f.customs clearance of exporting the member's    goods on the export country, booking space f.the transportation  .shipping  to  the destination, assisting with member in customs clearance at the destination country,doorstep delivery in the destination country. 

Members must declare the correct cargo name,  quantity, value  of  the goods  when  filling in the waybill,  so that the goods can pass the  customs better  . smoothly.   .nbsp;the goods fail to pass the customs due to members' false name, quantity,value of the  goods,  .due to  local policy reasons,  they are  returned, fined, confiscated by the destination country, the consequences of the loss shall be borne by members.

2、跨境运输通关

我公司负责会员货物在出口国的出口清关，订舱运输并发运至目的地，协助会员在目的地国清关，在目的地国门对门派送。

会员在填写运单时必须正确申报货物名称、数量、货值，以便货物更好、顺利通关。如因会员虚报商品名称、数量、价值，或因当地政策原因导致货物不能通过海关，被目的国退回、罚款、没收的，由此造成的损失后果由会员承担。

Note: Because we are consolidated transport, import .export declaration are    responsible by us. We also could provide independent customs declaration .our  member needed, .the fee is as follows：
Dedicated Singapore Import Permit Fee: SGD 20 per set up to 5 HS Code
+SGD 2 per HS code
Dedicated China export Permit Fee: SGD 60 per set up to 5 HS Code

注意：因我司是集运运输，进口和出口是统一由我司报关；如果会员是公司，并需要独立报关，则需要另外收费，收费标准如下：

新加坡进口独立报关，20新元/5个HS编码，每加1个HS编码增加2新元；

中国出口独立报关，60新元/5个HS编码。（人民币付款收取320元）

Independent declaration means that when the goods leave China, they will .   declare customs clearance jointly with other goods,   but independently declare    customs clearance in order to complete the entire clearance procedure faster .more convenient .can f.company documents .tax reimbursement, etc.

独立报关是指货物离开中国时，不与其他货物联合报关，而是独立报关，以便更快、更方便地完成整个报关手续，可以办理公司单证和退税等。

3、 Transnational Tariff

The goods will pass through the customs of the destination when they arrive.   .nbsp; the   value of the goods exceeds the tax-free scope of the destination country .nbsp;region,     the customs duties may be levied.   Before shipping out the goods,  members need to  pay f.nbsp;the 9%GST of the cargo value which is filled by members.    Our company  is  responsible f.nbsp;the declaration.

3、跨国关税

货物到达目的地后要办理目的地海关手续。货物价值超过目的国家、地区免税范围的，可以征收关税。在装运货物之前，会员需要支付货物价值的9%的消费税，由会员填写，我司负责报关。


4、 Units of measurement rules

If the volume weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight,  the freight shall be  charged according to the volume weight.    There is any doubt in the following volume  charging rules, please refer to our customer service f.nbsp;more details.

volume charging standard cm length * height * width divided by 6000 = volume weight.

Long-Length Surcharges:
Sea shipping: additional SGD 0.7 f.every 10cm

4、单位计量规则

货物的体积重量大于实际重量的，按照体积重量收取运费。如对以下收费规则有任何疑问，请向我们的客服查询详情。

体积收费标准厘米长*高*宽除以6000 =体积重量。

超长附加费:

海运：每超出10厘米加收0.7新元

5、Shipping Rates .extra charges

Due to the uncontrollable international  environment  .nbsp; increase .decrease  of carrier cost, our freight will be adjusted accordingly. The real-time shipping freight  is subject  to the  payment date.  .the freight is adjusted,   our company has the obligation  to make a announcement on our website https://www.gologistics-cn.com/.WECHAT official account,  .will .notify each member separately. In the  process of  consolidation, .members have any doubt about the freight charged by  our company,  they can propose negotiation to  the sales  staff .customer service staff before the  goods leave the warehouse. Once the goods leave the warehouse, they are deemed to be the default .accepted charges .no further modifications can be made.

Shipping freight is .including inspection fee. In order to ensure the cargo’s integrity, we also provide inspection service .charges as following,

Package Inspection Fee:SGD 3 per parcel / carton
(Service includes power testing, stock check with up to 3 images)

The following expenses shall be borne by the addressee. .receiver refuses to pay,  it  will be paid by the member automatically.

（1）over size/weight limit
（2）address change
（3）customs fine/return
（4）destination storage fee .return fee caused by the responsibility of the receiver
（5）additional costs arising from the recipient's other special service requirements, such as weekend/overtime/expedited delivery, delivery address needs to climb stairs .increase delivery workers, delivery needs to use forklifts, etc., the recipient proposes disassembly, installation .other services that are .within the scope of  our delivery service.
（6）additional charges f.other services .covered by the services which  are  .listed

5、运费及附加费

由于不可控的国际环境以及船公司周期性价格涨跌等，我司集运运费会随之调整。实时运费以付款当天为准。运费如有调整，我司有义务在网站及公众号等方式进行统一公告，将不再另行通知每一位会员。 在集运期间，会员如对我司收取的运费有任何疑问，可以在货物出库前向销售人员或客服人员提出异议。 一旦货物离开仓库，则视为默认和接受费用，不能再作任何修改。

运费不包括检验费。为了帮助客户保证货物的完整性，我们还提供检验服务，收费如下：

验货费：每包/每箱3新元

（服务包括电源测试，库存检查，上传最多3张图片）

以下费用由收件人承担，收件人拒绝支付的，默认由会员支付：

(1) 超尺寸/重量限制

(2) 收货地址变更

(3) 海关罚款/退运

(4) 收件人责任造成的目的地仓储费、退货费

(5) 因收件人的其他特殊服务要求而产生的额外费用，例如周末/加班/加急送货，送货地址需要爬楼梯或增加送货工人，送货时需用到叉车等，收货人提出拆卸，安装等其他不属于本次送货服务范围内的其他服务。

(6) 其他没列出且不属于服务范围内的其他服务产生的费用。

6、Cost of Storage

.the member fails to leave the warehouse f.nbsp;more than 30 days, there will be a warehouse rental fee.  We will charge the member SGD 2 per 0.5cbm f.nbsp;every extra day in China warehouse; more than 5 days storage in Singapore warehouse will charge SGD 4 per 0.5cbm f.nbsp;every extra day in Singapore warehouse; .  Total time exceeds 360 days, the member will automatically discard the piece;


F.nbsp;the goods that need to be returned after entering the warehouse, our company will charge the member 5SGD f.nbsp;once operation.  Member needs to unpack .repack the goods, he / she needs to pay 5SGD operation fee.  Once the goods are out of the warehouse, he / she can't change the order.

After inbound in our warehouse, .nbsp;quit to consolidation transportation from our company, customers need to be charged 25% of shipping freight as manual handling fee, .nbsp;packages could be outbound after payment finished.

6、仓储费用

如果超过30天会员的货物未申请出仓，将会被收取仓库租金。中国仓库每多储存一天，将收取2新币每0.5cbm；在新加坡仓库存放超过5天，每多储存一天将收取4新元每   0.5cbm。货物累计时间超过360天，则默认为自动放弃货物，由我司进行处理。

入库后如需退货的货物，我司将收取每次5SGD的操作费用。会员需要重新更换包装，如拆箱再重新包装货物，需支付5SGD每次的手续费。一旦货物出库，则就不能再更改订单。

入库后，如无需继续集运，收取运费的25%的人工操作费方可出库退运。

7、 Insurance Services

We could purchase freight insurance on behalf of members. Please consult the customer service about charging standard .other details. Members can purchase insurance by themselves also.  The shipping insurance can only guarantee that the whole goods will be lost, that the outer box is damaged, its inner parts are damaged .lost, .the  other customs factors such as customs withholding due to policy reasons are both included in the insurance services.

7、保险费用

我们可以代会员购买运费保险，详情及收费标准请咨询客服，会员也可以自行购买。运费保险保障整件货物丢失，外箱破损，内箱破损，及其他海关因素如政策原因导致的海关扣缴等都在保险范围内。
8、Logistics Timeliness .Guarantee

The reference time limit of express delivery provided by our company  generally  refers  to working days, excluding Saturdays .holidays. There is no compensation will be  provided  .any possible delay due to warehouse explosion,  severe weather impact,  port vehicle inspection, customs inspection, etc.

What we can do f.nbsp;members is efficient shipment.   In the subsequent transportation,  we can directly  control the delivery time limit .can track the whole transport trip  .feedback to our members in time .faithfully.

Our company will be responsible f.nbsp;the delay of delivery. .the delivery is delayed f.nbsp;more than 25 working days due to our company, except to due to the customs inspection, member's untimely payment, .other non-control reasons, 100% of the shipping freight will be returned.   (.including the service fee .GST.)

8、物流时效和保障

我司提供的快递参考时限一般是指工作日，不包括周六和节假日。由于仓库爆炸、恶劣天气影响、口岸车辆查验、海关查验等原因造成的延误，不作任何赔偿。

我们能为会员做的就是高效的运输。在后续的运输中，我们可以控制送货时限，并可以跟踪整个运输行程，及时、真实地反馈给我们的会员。

9、 Compensation Standard

Ifthe goods are lost in our warehouse .nbsp;lost in international transshipment, our company shall make full compensation f.nbsp;the goods are lost. Our company is obliged to assist members to minimize the loss of members.

The insurance company is responsible f.nbsp;the compensation f.nbsp;the damage of the internal parts. Insurance need to purchase before shipment by members.  Please see TERMS 7.

Before forwarding the member's goods, our company will reinforce the external box with adhesive tape f.nbsp;free. .nbsp;special packing (foam, wooden box, etc.) is required, the member shall pay additional fees.

Wooden Crating Charges: Min SGD 80 .SGD 40 per CBM whichever is higher
(excluding wooden pallet, .you need the pallet, please contact customer service f.inquiry)

9、丢件必赔

如果货物在我司仓库丢失或在国际转运中丢失，我司将对货物丢失进行全额赔偿。本公司有义务协助会员，尽量减少损失。

保险公司负责赔偿内部部件的损坏。会员需在发货前自行购买保险。关于保险详情请参阅条款7。

会员货物出库前，我司会免费用胶带加固外包装。如果需要特殊包装（泡沫、木箱等），会员需支付额外费用。

打木箱加固人工费用：最低80新元，每立方米40新元，以较高者为准。

Members must read the above contents .terms before the shipment. Once the shipment starts, members are aware of .agree to this contract by default. Our company has the .to ..supplement the terms of this Agreement according to changes in the company's business conditions. Matters .mentioned, as well as the contents supplemented .modified, shall be subject to the changed contents without further notice to each member.

会员需在集运前阅读以上内容和条款，一旦集运开始，则默认知悉并同意本合同。我司有权根据公司经营情况的变化而修改或补充本协议条款。未尽事宜，及补充、修改过的内容，以变更后的内容为准，无需再另行通知各会员。
