STEP 1:Register/log in member account
1、New customers need to register a member account. Two ways to register:
(1)Ac.registration: click registration on the home page, the registration page will pop up, .click "Next" button after filling the information.
(2)Scan the Wechat QR code .follow the public ac.to complete the registration. After the registration is completed, scan the QR code again to enter in the member center.
2、Customers with existing member accounts can click to log in, .scan the Wechat QR code to log in.
STEP 2:Place shipping order
1、Enter in the member center, click "Add package" to place an order.
2、After clicking "Add package", there are three estimated ways. Taking adding a single package as an example: After filling in the information .confirming that it is correct, click "Submit" to submit the order.
3、.it is an immediate transshipped order, it will enter on the ".arrived" page, .it will also display on the "To be stored" page. Click in to check the details, order information .shipping channels can be modified.
STEP 3:Apply f.packing
1、After the goods arrive at the warehouse .are scanned into the warehouse, customers will get a Wechat message reminder of receiving the goods.
2、After warehousing, order status will be displayed as "Application f.Packing". Customer can click "Ship out of warehouse" to submit the shipping application.
3、New customer needs to add delivery address.
Fill the address, after confirming, then click "Add delivery address" to complete.
4、Application f.packaging page can also add the address. Click "Add address", then it will pop up a window. After filling the address, click "Save information" can be completed.
When too many addresses are difficult to choose, searching the name .the phone number of the consignee can find the whole address. The original address can also be modified.
5、.the appropriate delivery address, shipping channel, payment way, value-added services .note information .necessary. .then click "save information" can be completed.
The estimated freight according to the weight .size of the goods will be displayed. Customers can pre-charge in advance, .can recharge the freight after the packaging is completed.
6、After the packing application is completed, the order will enter in "Waiting f.pick" page, click "View" to check the content of the order. Client can also .the content .it is wrong.
.client doesn't want to ship out temporarily, you can also click "cancel" .return to the packaging application page.
7、F.the immediately transshipped order, the message reminder is different. It is no need to apply f.packaging after receiving the message reminder. Finish the payment directly after the warehouse packaging is done.
Immediately transshipped orders will be displayed directly on the "Waiting f.pick" page after warehouse storing, .can be viewed .modified.
